Hub guidelines

1. 01

   Advance reservations

   Reservations must be made at least 3 days before the event.

2. 02

   Leave the Hub clean

   Keep the Research Hub clean when you leave.

3. 03

   Protect files & materials

   Any damage or loss of files is subject to disciplinary action.

4. 04

   No unauthorized overtime

   Working unauthorized overtime is not allowed (granted only on certain terms).

5. 05

   Confidentiality

   Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is subject to disciplinary action.

6. 06

   No equipment tampering

   No tampering or mishandling of any Hub equipment.

7. 07

   No food or drinks

   No foods or drinks inside the Hub (except on certain events).

8. 08

   Research use only

   Only research-related functions are allowed in the Hub.
